Cancellation & Refund Policy

Can I cancel and claim a refund of my investment plan fees?

 

The Refund & Cancellation policy for all payments made towards purchasing our plans using the payment gateway shall stand as under:

1. The fees paid towards an investment plan are refundable only before your Parawak wealth manager generates your investment proof legal contract.

2. Pick up of required documents related to the investment proof legal contract is subject to availability of our representatives, given at any particular time and location.

3. If you have paid the charges relating to purchasing our plan by mistake, please connect with your Parawak wealth manager or email us at "support@parawak.com" along with the payment proof screenshots. We will initiate the necessary procedure to refund your money.

4. Any fee paid towards the Parawak partner program enrolment is non-refundable.

5. Note: Once the refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email from Razorpay (our payment gateway provider), and the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
